Real-World Design Experience

I've had the privilege to work with fantastic teams on projects for Deloitte and Susie King Taylor School diving deep into creating user-centered experiences during my time at SCAD. I am currently working with Pattern Sphere Project, a Seattle based NGO, to enhance their volunteer experience. I am familiar with both generative and evaluative research. I spend my free time scrolling LinkedIn, geeking out over frameworks and case studies.

​From Interior Design to Design Research

Before I went full-on Design Research, I studied Interior Design from CEPT University. My undergraduate background in Interior Design is where I developed an early interest in understanding how people interact with physical environments. During masters, this evolved into a passion for understanding user behaviors and needs in digital contexts, which led me to pursue design research.

A Curious Mind

Growing up, I was always the one asking “why”—why things were the way they were, why people behaved a certain way, why something worked (or didn’t!). It’s this curiosity that led me to the world of user experience and human-centered design.

When I'm not buried in work, I'm probably off on a solo adventure! Curious about a new place, it's architecture or culture, and the stories that come with them. ​​
